The holiday flat 'ballin' (approx. 70 sqm) consists of a spacious living-bedroom, the former ladies' salon, the bright former winter garden with large windows and integrated kitchenette with access to a stylish bathroom as well as a large south-facing terrace with a beach chair.
All rooms are discreetly coloured and have solid wood parquet flooring.
The holiday flat is located on the ground floor and has a beautiful view of the park from the large windows.
